The Interior Provincial Exhibition is a volunteer-supported, not-for-profit community organization that preserves and celebrates our western heritage, cultures and community spirit.

Our unique seasonal employment opportunities include positions in:

  • Finance - 3 - 4 months full time 
  • Grounds Crew - 4 months full time
  • Cashiers - 5 days
  • Gate Attendants - 5 days
  • KidsWorld - 5 days
  • Administration - 3 - 4 months full time

During fair time the Interior Provincial Exhibition hires 120 employees for the annual event.

When you work for the Interior Provincial Exhibition you are part of a family of employees, volunteers and sponsors committed to the community. The IPE is  a 5-day celebration-- it is world-class year-round gathering place dedicated to youth education, agricultural programs, connecting rural and urban communities and creating exceptional experiences. We are a group of passionate, curious, team-oriented folks who love what we do.
