The Interior Provincial Exhibition is a volunteer-supported, not-for-profit community organization that preserves and celebrates our western heritage, cultures and community spirit.

We rely on 4 year-round employees to make this all happen. Our unique employment opportunities include positions in Finance, Marketing, Grounds Crew, Cashier and Gate Attendants, Marketing IPE Souvenirs. KidsWorld.    And, yes, that big event in August requires a lot of planning. During fair time the Interior Provincial Exhibition hires 180 employees for the annual event.

When you work for the Interior Provincial Exhibition you are part of a family of employees, volunteers and sponsors committed to the community. The IPE is  a 5-day celebration-- it is world-class year-round gathering place dedicated to youth education, agricultural programs, connecting rural and urban communities and creating exceptional experiences.
